Although this booklet focuses on Wisconsin law and criminal proceedings, it contains enough general information to be of interest to many victims of sexual assault. The booklet provides information about the process of reporting and prosecuting a sexual assault as it concerns the victim.
American Academy of Pediatrics
An analysis by the American Academy of Pediatrics on the "Care of the Adolescent Sexual Assault Victim." The article focuses on sexual assault and rape in adolescents, the adolescent's perception of sexual assault, and the treatment and management of the adolescent who has been a victim of sexual assault. Although the article does not focus on legal issues, it contains information of interest to any parent of an adolescent sexual assault victim.
