Jason Turchin, Esq. represents individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of someone else, including slip and falls, trip and falls, cruise ship accidents, airplane accidents under the Warsaw Convention and domestic laws, dog bites, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, swimming pool accidents, toxic mold injuries through landlord neglect, car accidents, and many other premises liability cases. He is currently an attorney at the Law Offices of Bernstein and Maryanoff in Miami, Florida.

Prior to joining Bernstein and Maryanoff, Jason worked as an internet consultant for renowned criminal defense attorney Roy Black, Esq. on the successful defense of an attorney charged in Federal court with use of internet to solicit a minor for sexual acts. Jason developed trial strategies and impeachment evidence against the US Attorney's chief witness. After a week long trial and jury deliberation, the attorney was found "not guilty" in the US District Court.

Prior to moving to Miami, Jason worked in Washington, D.C. with the prestigious law firm of Stier, Anderson and Malone, LLP on a Federal RICO case involving a lender allegedly fraudulently induced into loaning over $14 million to help fund a land development deal. Prior to working for Stier, Anderson and Malone, he worked as a contract analyst on the MCI-WorldCom merger at MCI's National Headquarters.

Jason Turchin graduated from University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida where he was a member of the international legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi.
